When placing a pre-order for our Whole or Half Roasted Goose, select from the scroll down menu Booking type: St. Martin’s Goose.
Select the number of guests and choose your preferred date (8th, 9th, or 10th of November only) and arrival time. Each booking has a 2-hour slot, so your ETA helps us prepare efficiently.
After clicking “Enquire Now” you will be directed to the booking system to enter your details and any special requests.
After clicking “Next” You’re going to choose from our Head Chef’s Specials (available for pre-order only), including whole or half-roasted goose. You may also add festive starters and desserts to your order there. For that, please choose from St. Martin’s Stardard menu only.
