Used one wheel of cheese, sliced it in half horizontally through the middle, press slivers of garlic and dust each half liberally with top quality paprika and pepper, then put the two halves back together. Put in sterilized jar with oil usually sunflower one, then layer with onions, bay leaf, and pickled peppers.
