The Menu:
- Pot beef goulash served in a bread loaf
- Spicy Hungarian beef goulash, bread dumplings or tarhonya (egg barley)
- Traditional venison goulash, slow cooked on red wine and cranberries, variation of dumplings (speck & herbs)
- Pork feast goulash with garlic and marjoram, bread dumplings or home made bread
- Vegetarian goulash with oyster mushrooms and beans, potato pancakes
- Old Czech beef goulash on Pilsner beer, bread dumplings
- Pork sausage & potato goulash, home made bread
