Singer-songwriter Eva Suková, known as Blondýna z Londýna, has been performing on folk and other stages since 2016.
She mainly presents her own creations but also includes translated songs by artists like Bulat Okudzhava and Janis Joplin. Her repertoire mixes humor with deeper themes and showcases her talent for creative play with the Czech language.
In 2019 and 2020, she was a finalist in the Prague songwriting competition Notování, and in 2020, she reached the national round of the Porta competition in Řevnice.
Eva has also published several collections of poetry, including Zábasní m(n)ě (2019), Bububu (2021), and Rychlé občerstvení (2022), with works appearing in literary journals like Tvar and Divoké víno.
