Responsibilities: 

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, training, and performance management
• Manage the booking system, including taking reservations, organizing seating arrangements, and ensuring efficient table turnover
• Collaborate with top management on planning and executing events, including marketing initiatives and promotions
• Ensure high standards of service and hospitality are maintained at all times
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination between front and back of house
• Implement and enforce health and safety standards and procedures
• Drive sales and revenue through effective upselling and promotion of menu items
